    Vijay Manthripragada is Chief Executive Officer of Montrose Environmental Group, Inc. Mr. Manthripragada brings significant leadership and management experience to Montrose. Previously, Mr. Manthripragada was the Chief Executive Officer of PetCareRx, Inc, a high growth e-commerce company in the pet health industry. As CEO, Mr. Manthripragada was responsible for the strategy and operations of an organization that reshaped the way products and services were accessed by pet owners – a topic that impacts 2 out of 3 American families. Prior to joining PetCareRx, Mr. Manthripragada was a Senior Vice President in the Investment Banking division of Goldman Sachs. In this capacity, Mr. Manthripragada advised management teams and Boards of Directors on strategy, financings, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate and financial initiatives, including initial public offerings. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Manthripragada was a Director at the Advisory Board Company, a think-tank focused on hospitals and health systems in the United States and a member of Johnson and Johnson’s Management Development program. Mr. Manthripragada received his MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and his BS from Duke University (US) and Oxford University (UK). Mr. Manthripragada co-founded the White Buffalo Tiospaye, a youth shelter for Native American children on the Pine Ridge reservation of South Dakota, and helped establish the Children’s Medical Foundation in Central and Eastern Europe. Mr. Manthripragada is currently a member of the Boards of The Brooklyn Hospital Center in Brooklyn, NY and ModernMD, a new public-private urgent care initiative targeting the underserved.

    Allan DicksChief Financial Officer

    Allan Dicks is Chief Financial Officer of Montrose Environmental Group, Inc. Prior to joining Montrose, Mr. Dicks held CFO positions at several companies, including a public Canadian healthcare company, a large privately held security services company, billion dollar divisions of Dole Food Company and Land O’ Lakes, and held a VP Finance position at HD Supply. Mr. Dicks previously spent nine years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, both in the assurance and mergers and acquisitions groups. Mr. Dicks’ clients at PwC included The Walt Disney Company, Paramount Pictures, Vivendi Universal, Activision and Yahoo!, as well as several smaller companies that he helped take public. Mr. Dicks’ experience spans both public and Private Equity backed companies, and has deep experience with highly acquisitive companies. He received his Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Accounting degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa and is both a Chartered Accountant and CPA (inactive).

    Joshua LeMaire is Chief Operating Officer of Montrose Environmental Group, Inc. Mr. LeMaire brings significant sales and leadership expertise to the Montrose team. Mr. LeMaire was Vice President, Sales and Marketing with ExamWorks Group, Inc., where he managed the company’s corporate branding initiative, sales and marketing programs and strategic corporate relationships. Prior to that, Mr. LeMaire was with Becker-Parkin Dental Supply Co., where he served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing from 2006 to 2008, Vice President of Full Service Sales from 2005 to 2006 and National Sales Manager from 2003 to 2004. From 2001 to 2003, Mr. LeMaire was National Sales Manager at Sky Financial Solutions. Most recently, Mr. LeMaire had a consulting practice which advised companies in the dental market.

    Jose RevueltaChief Strategy Officer

    Jose Revuelta is Chief Strategy Officer of Montrose Environmental Group, Inc. Prior to his role as CFO, Mr. Revuelta oversaw M&A and Operations for the Air Quality and Lab divisions of Montrose. Mr. Revuelta brings significant leadership and management experience to Montrose. Previously, Mr. Revuelta was a Vice President with the Infrastructure and Private Equity business of UBS Global Asset Management, where he focused on the energy, utility, transportation and environmental sectors. In this capacity, Mr. Revuelta helped oversee a $10bn portfolio and was responsible for Finance and Tax oversight for all US holding entities. Mr. Revuelta was on the Board of Northern Star Generation, a US IPP with 1,412MW of gas and waste-coal power plants, where he helped lead re-financings and commodity hedges valued at over $1bn. Prior to his role at UBS Global Asset Management, Mr. Revuelta was a member of the Infrastructure Group in the Investment Banking division of UBS. Mr. Revuelta received his M.B.A. from the Columbia Business School, Columbia University and a MS/BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid, Spain.

    Nasym AfsariGeneral Counsel

    Nasym Afsari is General Counsel of Montrose Environmental Group, Inc. Ms. Afsari manages Montrose & legal function, including risk management, corporate governance, real estate and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Afsari earned her J.D. degree from the University of California at Los Angeles in 2007 and a dual B.A. degree in Economics and Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley in 2004. She began her legal career as an associate in the corporate practice of the Paul Hastings LLP & Los Angeles office. She represented various business entities in all aspects of corporate and business law, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, private placements of securities, joint venture transactions and general representation. Ms. Afsari is admitted to the California Bar. She is also a member of the Corporate Section of the State Bar of California, the Orange County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

    Scott Churbock is Vice President, EHS, Training & Risk of Montrose Environmental Group, Inc. Mr. Churbock brings 25 years of organizational management experience involving environmental compliance, sustainability and occupational health and safety working primarily in the chemicals, power generation, and consumer products industries. Prior to Montrose, Mr. Churbock was Vice President Environmental, Health and Safety with Northern Star Generation in Houston, Texas.  Mr. Churbock’s accomplishments include the implementation of ISO-based EHS management systems that led to regulatory and loss prevention savings in the multiple millions of dollars as well as injury reduction rates of more than 75% in his last two positions.  Programs led under his direction have received multiple leadership and excellence award recognition from the National Safety Council. Those awards represent top 5% level performance in their respective industries.  Mr. Churbock has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Robert Morris University.

    Yvonne Senouci is Vice President, Human Resources of Montrose Environmental Group, Inc. Ms. Senouci earned her MBA from the University of Essex, England. Previously, Ms. Senouci was Founder/President of BlueVine Consultants focusing on Change Management, Executive and Career Coaching. Prior to forming her own consultancy, she was the Human Resources Director for Americas and Global Shared Services with Belkin International. Ms. Senouci relocated from Europe to the US in 2011 where she was Human Resources Director for Europe, Middle East and Africa for Belkin. During her time with Belkin International she focused on Talent Management, Change Management, Organizational Design and Employee Engagement.
